Second engineer (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Possession of the necessary certificates according to STCW (COC III/2 unlimited)
- Professional experience in at least two comparable or similar on-board assignments, ideally on a cruise ship
- Very good command of English, good communication skills and motivation to develop further
- Guest and service-oriented and willing to work in a team, to lead and motivate it
Your destination
- Responsible for the safe execution of the guarding service in the machine area
- Organization of the maintenance of the technical equipment of the assigned area, including necessary repair work according to the maintenance plan and valid standards of the company
- Supervision and control of the rules of accident prevention regulations, occupational safety and fire protection in the entire technical area as well as implementation and organization of necessary training for the assigned personnel
- Checking and organizing the procurement of spare parts and consumables
- Compliance with the requirements of the QMS (quality management system) and LMS (learning management system)
