We are looking for a Demichef de Rang (m|w|d) for our numerous restaurants in our six 4-star (superior) hotels with immediate effect or by arrangement
Your area of responsibility
- You will manage and control your own service station within one of our à la carte restaurants and at banquets/events. You will be supported in your work by food runners
- With a good mise en place, you ensure that you and your team are prepared for unexpected situations and never lose your professional composure during peak times
- You advise our guests personally and professionally. You enjoy recommending food and drinks of all kinds
- A warm welcome: You give both new employees and our trainees a friendly and helpful introduction
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in the catering industry and benefit from experience in the same or a similar position
- You have a good command of German. Ideally, you also speak good English and/or French
- You excel in the areas of wine, spirits and cheese
- You are reliable, motivated and radiate a natural friendliness
- You are said to have good manners and a well-groomed appearance
