Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the operational management of the kitchen in our North American experience restaurant “Silver Lake Saloon”
- You manage your entire team of chefs and kitchen assistants in an employee- and solution-oriented manner
- You permanently develop and promote your employees
- You are responsible for ordering goods and merchandise
- You develop menu offers, menus and recipes
- You are responsible for monitoring and controlling the qualitative and business objectives and targets
- You monitor, control and optimize the existing work processes in the entire kitchen area
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable hygiene regulations and safety guidelines
- You report directly to the kitchen management and to the F&B management
Your profile
- You benefit from professional experience in the same or a similar position with management responsibility
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You are familiar with the MS Office package and know industry-specific software
- You are flexible, able to work under pressure and have a hands-on mentality
- You enjoy promoting and developing employees
