Executive Housekeeper (m/f/d)

• Training in the hotel industry and/or demonstrable professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Founded experience in managing an international crew, ideally on cruise ships
• Business fluent in English and confident in using MS Office 365
• Technical understanding of e.g. Kärcher, Homer, TIKOS desirable
• Ideal knowledge of HACCP or USPH
• .e.g. Kärcher, Homer, TIKOS desirable
• Ideally HACCP or USPH knowledge
• High quality awareness, sense of responsibility, convincing personality, confident appearance and loyalty

• Management and responsibility for the housekeeping department with the aim of ensuring the cleanliness and condition of the guest and crew areas
• Direction, training and control of the subordinate international employees
• Regular inspection of the guest and crew areas
• Conducting inventories, managing material and equipment as well as cost and budget control in the housekeeping department
• Ensuring excellent guest and crew satisfaction
• ;inventory, material and equipment management, cost and budget control in the housekeeping area
• Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction
• Responsibility for the shipboard laundry and uniforms
• Controlling compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines in the area of responsibility
