Accounts payable clerk (m/f/d)

• Commercial training or a similar qualification in the field of finance
• Multiple years of professional experience in accounting, as well as initial experience in accounts payable desirable
• ;desirable
• Very good knowledge of English and business fluent German
• Sure in handling MS Office 365, especially Excel
• Quick comprehension of IT systems, a structured way of working, teamwork and communication skills

• Execution of the factual and mathematical control of incoming invoices in compliance with the 3 – Way – Matching
• Responsibility for the proper and timely processing of incoming port cost invoices in compliance with payment terms and, if applicable, discount periods
• . Cash discount deadlines
• Conducting month-end closing work regarding port costs (data control, variance analysis, adjustment postings, etc.)
• Collaboration and support across departments regarding port costs
• Orderly document management and archiving of working documents
