AIDAradio Editor & Presenter (m/f/d)

• Training or experience as a radio presenter (m/f/d) or radio editor (m/f/d) Experience as a radio presenter (m/f/d) or radio editor (m/f/d) and a passion for entertainment and the audience
• High affinity for the cruise and tourism industry and a flair for target group-relevant content, topics and campaigns as well as professional experience in a professional radio environment
• Experience in the conception and implementation of program campaigns as well as on-air experience
• Very good German and English language skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365
• Excellent communication skills, inventiveness, resilience as well as self- and time management

• Responsibility for AIDA-appropriate, coherent presentation of content for various programs, categories and formats
• Editorial preparation of topics and content for the on-air program in consultation with the PD and CvD
• Content conception with regard to the preparation of content for online, social media, podcasts and web streams
• Inputting own ideas and concepts for the further development of the product as well as taking on project-related tasks (project management of on-air competitions, events, website support, etc.)

• Further development of your own on-air personality through participation in coaching sessions, air checks, workshops, etc.
• Taking on administrative tasks (travel planning, handling competitions, etc.) that arise in everyday editorial work and participating in editorial meetings, team meetings
