Employee Company Travel Services (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Vocational training in the field of travel as well as initial professional experience in the tourism and/or service sector
- Experience in the use of booking programs and tools, such as AMADEUS, is desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Service-oriented approach, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and flexibility
Your destination
- Service-oriented advice for our internal corporate clients in the area of flight, rental car, train and hotel bookings as well as visa matters
- Booking tourist or company service-related services and issuing all necessary travel documents, invoices and credit notes
- Processing rebookings, cancellations and complaints as well as preparing evaluations
- Active participation in the further development of our internal processes and optimization of workflows
- Accounting, technical checking and administration of electronic booking documents
