Head of Service Division/ Commercial Operations Management (m/f/d) with Managing Director perspective
for the service company of the hesena Group
These are your new tasks
- Management and leadership of the kitchen, cleaning, purchasing and facility management departments
- Responsibility for business management, planning and control
- Personnel management and personnel development including the promotion of a performance-oriented and at the same time fair, family-oriented corporate culture
- Creation and responsibility for forecasts and budgets as well as business reporting
- Optimizing the process landscape and structures
- Together with the management of our operating company, you will plan the strategic development of our services to ensure the long-term provision of services
- You will be responsible for monitoring and analysis – and derive the necessary measures from this

- You have experience in the service sector and in a management role, ideally in the service areas of kitchen, building cleaning, purchasing or facility management
- You have completed training or a degree with relevant professional experience. Ideally, you have the following or a similar background: certified business administrator for catering and catering management, business economist in catering/catering management, commercial operations manager (m/f/d).
