Your tasks

You will be responsible for all housekeeping activities in and around our study kitchen, the dining room and the test subjects’ rooms. You will also ensure the implementation of and compliance with hygiene measures.
In our nutritional studies, you will be responsible for purchasing and storing food, planning study-specific menus and preparing meals. You will coordinate with the study organization and coordination team.
You will assist with documentation activities (updating stock lists, data entry and checking).
No night or weekend shifts are planned.

Your qualifications

What you bring with you:
You have housekeeping knowledge and skills.
You have a good command of written and spoken German.
You have basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Desirable are:
You have ideally completed training as a housekeeper or have a similar qualification and already have professional experience in this field.
Driving license class B; business trips are not made by private car. Company vehicles are available for this purpose.

A full-time position (39.00 hours/week, equivalent to 100% of a full-time position) at the earliest possible date, consisting of a permanent part-time position (19.5 hours/week, equivalent to 50% of a full-time position) and a part-time position limited until 31.12.2026 (19.5 hours/week, equivalent to 50% of a full-time position)
An employment relationship based on the provisions of the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD Bund)
Remuneration according to pay group 4 if the personal requirements are met
