We are looking for you at the earliest opportunity at our company headquarters in Rostock.

HR Controller (m/f/d)

• Business studies, ideally with a focus on controlling or tourism
• Professional experience, preferably in an international controlling environment
• High affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, an independent way of working and communication skills
• ;
• Adept in German and English and confident in using MS Office 365, especially Excel
• Experience in data processing with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Experience in data processing with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Experience in data processing with BI tools (e.g.: Power BI)

• Maintenance and further development of a modern, reliable and meaningful reporting system for crew costs and key figures
• Coordination and implementation of the month-end closing processes, annual planning and monthly forecasts for crew costs
• Collaboration with the operational business units and preparation of ad hoc reports and analytical support for crew costs;for crew costs
• Collaborating closely with the operational business units, preparing ad hoc reports and providing analytical support for operational and strategic decisions
