The company has been providing diaconal facilities for senior citizens for almost 50 years. Our services include inpatient and outpatient nursing and care, serviced living, day care and an outpatient hospice service at a total of 25 locations with around 2,000 employees.
Your tasks
Coordination and organization of the kitchen process
Planning, organizing and monitoring service processes
Technical management and motivation of the team
Administrative tasks such as duty planning, vacation planning, merchandise management, etc.
Planning and implementation of events
Compliance with legal regulations and ordinances as well as compliance with our internal quality/hygiene regulations
HACCP-compliant preparation and provision of food and drinks
Food portioning and meal service, food serving
Contributing your own ideas and suggestions for improvement to further develop the food on offer
Your qualifications
You have completed training as a chef
Ideally, you have some management experience and experience in communal catering
You have a talent for organization and remain calm even in stressful situations
You are responsible, reliable and open-minded and enjoy working in a team
You enjoy contact with older people and treat them with respect
