Your tasks
In this challenging management position, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the canteen and cafeteria as well as for the management and development of your team.
Ensuring an attractive and sustainable offering,
Developing and implementing an efficient organizational structure,
Personnel management and responsibility for the professional and demand-oriented deployment of staff,
Profitability control with the help of our merchandise management system,
Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements, HACCP, occupational safety and our internal guidelines,
Shaping the strategic development of the new company in direct exchange with the management of the university catering,
You act as a contact person for our predominantly student guests.
Your qualifications
Completed training as a cook (f/m/d),
Additional qualifications that go beyond the specialist training would be an advantage,
Good business management skills,
Several years of professional and management experience,
Strong leadership personality with a structured, service and solution-oriented way of working,
Proven experience in the strategic development and implementation of innovative catering offers,
Very good knowledge of quality and hygiene assurance,
Proficient in MS Office, preferably with knowledge of merchandise management systems,
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
