Your tasks
In this varied position, you will be responsible for the smooth production process in the canteen and cafeteria and for leading your team. As Production Manager, you are the first point of contact for employees and work in close coordination with the management of the university canteen.
Planning, controlling and optimizing the production processes of the university canteen and ancillary operations
Coordination and optimization of goods requirements,
Staff deployment planning,
Ensuring quality and compliance with and implementation of all recipe and menu specifications,
Supporting the management in the target group-oriented further development of the offer,
Developing and working out new recipes as a team,
Practical implementation of and compliance with the HACCP concept.
Your qualifications
Completed training as a cook (f/m/d),
Additional qualifications that go beyond the specialist training would be an advantage,
Several years of proven professional and management experience in gastronomy or communal catering,
Analytical and conceptual skills combined with practical implementation skills,
High level of commitment, proven team orientation and confident manner in dealing with guests and employees
Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications.
