Your tasks
You ensure that our gastronomic offer is perceived through high-quality and tasty prepared products as well as hospitality – while taking sustainable aspects into account.
You will ensure that hygiene requirements are met, taking into account the relevant framework conditions such as legal regulations and customer requirements.
You will coordinate and support change measures, particularly in the context of projects, taking into account the strategic orientation and the gastronomic concept.
You will carry out internal audits and accompany external audits and inspections by the authorities. You will also conduct customer surveys in collaboration with our marketing department. You will derive the resulting improvement measures and then implement them.
You will develop a complaints management system and evaluate it continuously.
In addition, you will instruct and train employees in the catering facilities, e.g. with hygiene or HACCP instructions.
Your qualifications
You have a degree with a gastronomic background, e.g. ecotrophology, food technology or similar.
You also have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality management or food product management.
You have sound specialist knowledge of HACCP, audits, certifications and project management.
You are characterized by a clear service orientation combined with a strong sense of quality and responsibility as well as an independent way of working.
Your MS Office skills are very good.
You also have a very good command of written and spoken German.
You enjoy communicating with authorities, offices and certification bodies and have a confident and friendly manner.

Remuneration according to pay group 10 TV-L (EUR 3,764.77 to EUR 4,858.48 per month, depending on previous experience) plus annual special payment
Additional monthly payments of EUR 120 net each until October 2024 From November 1, 2024, the income will increase by a basic amount of EUR 200 and from February 1, 2025, there will be a further pay increase of 5.5 percent.
