The regional club ADAC Hessen-Thüringen e.V. was founded in 1904 and currently has over 2.2 million members. Around 350 employees work for us in Hesse and Thuringia in our 16 branch offices, 11 travel agencies, two driving safety centers, two member service centers and our Frankfurt headquarters. Here we take care of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.
Your tasks
You are the first point of contact at the ADAC Driving Safety Center in Gründau, e.g. for tradespeople. In particular, you will be available outside the opening hours of the administration, primarily in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays.
You will advise our customers on all ADAC products, such as safety training, both by telephone and in person. You will also process written inquiries conscientiously.
You will also be responsible for selling vouchers and goods.
You will monitor and maintain participant lists and support our trainers in the preparation and follow-up of events, including invoice verification.
You will also be responsible for allocating rooms for training sessions.
You will also provide support with other administrative and organizational tasks.
Your qualifications
You have completed training in the commercial sector or have a comparable qualification. Experience in customer contact and reception is also an advantage.
A reliable and careful manner, as well as good correspondence skills and strong social skills define you.
You have assertiveness and are characterized by independent, service- and result-oriented action and thinking.
You are flexible in terms of time and particularly enjoy working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
You have good IT skills and are familiar with MS Office applications.
