As Reception Manager (m/f/d) you will be fully responsible for managing the entire reception area and leading your front office staff.

Your role with us

• Manage reception and reservations with all the tasks that arise
• Support with sales and event planning
• Prepare quotations / contracts
• Induction and development of employees
• Revenue management for the hotel
• Optimization and monitoring of administrative processes in compliance with quality standards
• Reservation acceptance and processing
• Managing the hotel cash register
• Supporting and advising our guests
