Your previous course
- Training in the hotel and catering sector and ideally some work experience
- Strong service and guest orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Strong sales and communication skills, initiative, good manners and a well-groomed appearance
Your destination
- Responsibility for a professional service process in your station and competent and charming advice for our guests as a sales talent
- Excellent product knowledge of the food and drinks menu and presentation as a friendly host
- Close cooperation with other specialist departments to ensure optimal and holistic guest care
- Compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines in your area of responsibility
