Your tasks
You act as the first point of contact and communicate with our customers and partners via telephone/email/Microsoft Teams
You will support, maintain and edit our processing procedures and other offers in CRM and actively develop the CRM processes further
You design and process the entire customer journey in the administrative area for inquiries, consultations and projects
You support each other within the assistance team and work closely with the consulting management and the internal and external consulting team
You prepare statistics, reports and other documents
You monitor all office processes and coordinate appointments and deadlines
After your induction, you will take over responsibility for a specific area
Your qualifications
QUALIFIED : You have a degree in hotel management and plenty of office experience or a commercial degree and experience in the hospitality industry
ORGANIZED : You work in a very structured and systematic manner and bring your organizational skills to bear
DIGITAL AFFINITY : You are digitally savvy and have very good IT skills in cloud-based work and MS365
COMMUNICATIVE : You are confident in customer correspondence, writing texts and preparing presentations
CUSTOMER-ORIENTED : You are characterized by a high level of service orientation and strong communication skills
TEAM-ORIENTED : You are motivated to make a full contribution and look forward to working in a committed team
