ADAC Südbayern e. V. is one of 17 ADAC regional clubs in Germany. We look after over 2 million members, making us the largest club in Bavaria. Our core services for members relate to active assistance, advice and protection in the area of personal mobility. We currently employ around 400 people at 17 locations in southern Bavaria.
Your tasks
They provide our members and customers with comprehensive and competent advice on all questions relating to mobility.
You will also broker ADAC’s own insurance and financial services and offer all services related to ADAC membership on an individual basis.
As part of your work, you will also support the travel sales department and pass on tourist information to our members and customers.
In addition, you will work continuously and in a focused manner on the implementation and achievement of company and sales targets.
Your qualifications
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have some professional experience in sales and/or insurance, but also in the travel/tourism sector.
You enjoy providing telephone advice and are sales and sales-oriented.
A pronounced service and customer orientation is one of your strengths.
As a telephone service employee, you have a friendly telephone voice and strong powers of persuasion.
You are characterized by a high level of commitment and flexibility.
You are a team player and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
If you work more than 25 hours per week, you will also be responsible for the implementation of outbound telephony projects.
