Become part of Klüh Catering GmbH! For our head office in the heart of Düsseldorf, we are looking for an experienced payment specialist (m/f/d) to join our team of currently two employees. The regular working hours are 40 hours from Monday to Friday.

What to do

  • You will advise sales and operations on all matters relating to payment
  • You will be responsible for the payment area for the company in cooperation with the finance and accounting department from the holding company and with two employees in the area
  • You will support your operational colleagues with the challenges they face with cash registers, terminals, revaluators, etc.
  • Together with your team, you will check compliance with the procedural instructions relating to payment
  • You report directly to the Commercial Director and create templates for him to further develop the Payment division

What convinces us

  • A successfully completed degree (e.g. business administration, economics, financial management, controlling) or a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office management assistant, industrial clerk, bank clerk) or a similar qualification required
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position and industry required
  • First management experience ideal
  • Very good written and spoken German is essential for flawless internal and external communication
  • Very good MS Office skills essential for the creation of statistics and templates, among other things
